This may be the easiest way for most people. The Philippines is +8 GMT, so that means it's late afternoon here when people in Europe wake up, for those of you in North America it is about 12 hours "behind". We do answer emails every day, and will always get back to you within 48 hours business hours, so if you have not heard from us in that time, either by our auto responder or as a personal reply, we have not received your email. Please send again to one of the email addresses provided (resend original email).
Note about spam: As with all emailing people and companies these days, we get huge amounts of spam and have filters on our email programs, and our ISP's has filters beyond our control. So, please, when emailing us, put an appropriate subject line in such as "diving information", or something similar. The email address seen by everyone in our office is:

Again, if we do not respond in 48 hours business hours, then we did not receive your email. Also, sometimes you will not receive our emails due to your own spam blocking software. Please just resend the mail and we'll resend ours, make sure you take us off your "black list".
Telephoning:
The Philippines country code is 63, so when you call, please use your countries' overseas access number, then dial "2", then the local number leaving the "0" out. Locally, but from outside Manila you would not use the country code, but use the "0". For example, from North America, to dial our office, dial 0063-2-9264466 if calling from a landline, if you are calling from a mobilephone +63-2-9264466. To dial our office from any place in The Philippines (outside Manila), include "0", if you are in Manila, dial 926 44 66.
Please be aware that our booking office is staffed about 8 hours a' day, 6 days a week. There is an answering machine on this phone line as well. If calling directly to our shop..
